The theme for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 2021 is "Victims’ Voices Lead the Way", which highlights the importance of listening to and learning from survivors of human trafficking.
This webinar was being organized by the Counter Trafficking in Persons Technical Working Group (CTIPTWG) under the BDUNNM. To promote the webinar, the Daily Star has been engaged with the support from the project titled “Global Action against Trafficking in Persons and the Smuggling of Migrants - Bangladesh (GLO.ACT-Bangladesh)” funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by UNODC and IOM.
Giorgi Gigauri, IOM Chief of Mission in Bangladesh, gave a message on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 2021. He says trafficking is a crime that puts migrants at risk. The World Day Against Trafficking in Persons is a timely annual reminder of the risks faced by migrants. Let’s come together to fight against human trafficking. The video can be watch here.

An album series was created to increase awareness about human trafficking through online platforms on the occasion of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons 2021. The questions and answers of the FAQ were UNODC's website. The idea of making a social media content was mine.
Many other contents were also developed celebrating the day.
